🚛 Drop / Pick Trailer: Required every time you swap trailers. Enter the dropped and picked-up trailer numbers. Do your walkaround first — check the box before submitting. No Issue only after walkaround is complete.
📋 New Issue Report: Use when you have a truck, trailer, or reefer problem and you are NOT swapping trailers. Pick urgency — if it is unsafe, mark it unsafe so the mechanic sees it first.
📦 Cargo Damage Report: Use at delivery if freight is damaged. Fill in what was damaged, add photos if possible. Admin and billing get alerted immediately.
📄 Send BOL: Upload your signed delivery paperwork. Take a clear photo of the BOL and submit — goes straight to dispatch.
💵 My Pay Calculator: Enter each load amount, pick your pay percentage, add out-of-pocket expenses (fuel, lumper, tolls) and any deductions. Tap SAVE RECORD to review the full breakdown. If something is wrong, swipe down or tap GO BACK & FIX, correct it, then save again. Tap SEND EXPENSES TO BILLING to email the office.

Mechanic Help
🔧 Work Report: File this after work is done. Enter unit type, unit number, what was done, each part with quantity and price, labor time, and notes. Totals calculate automatically.
🧾 Estimate / Quote: Use only when quoting a customer. Enter customer name, email, phone, unit info, and job. The app builds a clean email draft ready to send.
⚙️ Parts: Tap ADD PART for each part or item. Enter quantity and unit price — the row total calculates automatically.
🕐 Labor: Enter labor time in hours. Cost calculates from your hourly rate with a minimum labor floor built in.
📷 Photos: Add repair or receipt photos to your work report. Multiple photos are combined into one PDF that admin can download.
📋 Recent Reports: Your last filed work reports appear on your dashboard for quick reference.
📝 Feedback: Use the AI panel 🐛 button to report issues.
Admin / Dispatcher Help
🔴 Urgent First: Check the Urgent / Unsafe tile first every time you open the app. Red means a driver flagged something unsafe — act on it before reviewing anything else.
📊 Dashboard Tiles: Live counts for Urgent/Unsafe, Needs Attention, Normal/Good, Trailer Moves, Driver Reports, Mechanic Work, Estimates, and Trailer Management. Tap any tile to view those records.
☷ All Reports: View every report in one list. Use this for a full overview or when searching for a specific record.
📦 Cargo Damage: Driver cargo damage reports appear under Driver Reports. Includes freight details, delivery info, and photos. Respond to the driver directly from the report detail screen.
💵 Driver Pay Records: When a driver sends expenses, the email includes each load, gross, pay percentage, out-of-pocket expenses, deductions, and estimated take-home.
📣 Send Driver Notification: Open any report and tap SEND RESPONSE to push a message to that driver's dashboard banner.
🚚 Trailer Management: Add or remove trailer numbers. Numbers are shared fleet-wide so drivers can select from the list when logging moves.
⋯ Options Menu: Tap the three dots in the top right from any admin screen. Options include Delete All Reports (cleanup only — trailer list is preserved) and Export Reports (coming soon).
