Driver Help
Drop / Pick Trailer: Use this when dropping one trailer and picking up another. Enter both trailer numbers carefully.
Walkaround: Check the trailer before submitting. If there are no issues, submit No Issue only after the walkaround.
New Issue Report: Use this for truck, trailer, or reefer problems when you are not swapping trailers.
Photos: If there is damage or a problem, take the closest clear photo you can so the mechanic knows where to look.
Forgot Password: Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. If the email does not show up, check Spam or Junk.
Mechanic Help
Work Report: Use this after work is done. Enter unit type, unit number, work performed, parts, labor, and notes.
Parts / Quantity: Add each part or item, enter quantity, and price each. The app calculates line totals and the final total.
Labor: Enter labor time. Labor cost calculates from the rate and minimum labor setup.
Estimate / Quote: Use this only when giving a customer estimate. It creates a clean email draft for the customer.
Admin / Dispatcher Help
Urgent First: Use this tab first to see unsafe or needs-attention reports before anything else.
Reports: Review driver reports, drop/pick history, mechanic work reports, and estimates from the dashboard.
Trailers: Add or delete trailer numbers from Trailer Management.
Clean Slate: Use Delete All Reports only before rollout or testing cleanup. Trailer list stays saved.
